Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Providing expert advice and support to social workers and other team members. Managing a caseload of complex cases, ensuring timely interventions and effective outcomes. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and enhance service delivery. Contributing to team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions to promote best practices.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Extensive experience in child protection and assessment within a statutory setting. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
