Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for families. Providing expert guidance and supervision to junior social workers and support staff. Leading case reviews and ensuring compliance with local and national policies and procedures. Building strong relationships with families, supporting them through challenging circumstances. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and resources effectively.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in child protection or family support. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex cases.
