Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored intervention plans. Providing expert supervision and support to junior social workers and students. Leading case reviews and ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies. Engaging with families to build trusting relationships and empower them in decision-making. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Extensive experience in child protection and family support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
