We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practitioner in Safeguarding to join our dynamic social work team in Liverpool. As an Advanced Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing safeguarding plans tailored to individual needs. Providing expert guidance and support to social work staff and multidisciplinary teams. Managing complex cases, ensuring that all interventions are evidence-based and outcome-focused. Leading training sessions and workshops on safeguarding best practices. Monitoring and evaluating safeguarding policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
