As a Qualified Social Worker in our Aspire Adoption Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of prospective adopters and children awaiting adoption. Providing support and guidance to families throughout the adoption process. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children. Preparing reports and documentation for court proceedings and panel presentations. Delivering training and workshops for adoptive families and professionals.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in adoption or child protection social work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
