As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing a team of social workers and support staff, ensuring effective service delivery. Overseeing case management and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice. Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve outcomes for young people. Providing supervision, support, and professional development opportunities for team members. Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service provision.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in social work, particularly with young people. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
