Join our dedicated team as a Qualified Social Worker in the Bradford - AP - Locality Team, where you will play a vital role in supporting children and families in our community. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing tailored care plans, and providing ongoing support to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality services and interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with service users. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures. Engaging with families, schools, and community organizations to provide holistic support. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights and improve practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA, MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
