Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with disabilities? Join our Children with Disability Team in Bradford, where you will play a crucial role in supporting children and their families to achieve positive outcomes. We are seeking a committed professional who is ready to take on the challenges and rewards of this vital position.

As a Qualified Social Worker in our team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families to identify needs and develop tailored support plans. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and advocacy groups, to ensure holistic support for children. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate services and access necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies. Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to share insights and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and their families, demonstrating a clear understanding of relevant legislation and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and professionals. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
