We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Social Worker to join our Duty & Assessment Team in Bradford. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with service users and multidisciplinary teams. Providing guidance and support to junior social workers and students, fostering their professional development. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards. Participating in safeguarding meetings and contributing to the formulation of child protection plans.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and assessment work within a statutory setting. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
