We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Child in Care Team in Bradford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to children in care, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments and developing care plans for children in care Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure the best outcomes for children Working collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to support children's needs Providing direct support and guidance to children and young people in care Advocating for the rights and best interests of children in care

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration Demonstrated experience working within child protection and care services Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
