We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Advanced Practitioner to join our Adolescent Team in Lewisham. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and safeguarding vulnerable children and young people in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertake complex assessments and develop care plans for children and families Provide expert advice and guidance to social work colleagues Participate in multi-agency meetings and case conferences Work collaboratively with external partners to ensure the best outcomes for children Conduct direct work with children and young people to understand their needs and wishes

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration Demonstrable experience in working with adolescents and their families Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and assessment abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
