Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking for an exciting opportunity in Cardiff? We are seeking a qualified social worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding children and families by conducting initial assessments and collaborating with various agencies to ensure the best outcomes for those in need.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting timely and comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Collaborating with partner agencies to gather information and make informed decisions. Developing and implementing safety plans to protect vulnerable individuals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Care Wales. Experience working in a MASH or similar safeguarding environment. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
