Your key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local authority standards. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services. Participating in team meetings and case conferences to discuss ongoing cases and share best practices.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Care Wales (or eligibility for registration). Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
