We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential Worker (Unqualified) to join our team in Wakefield within the Care (Qualified) field. As a Residential Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to individuals in a residential setting.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assisting residents with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents, promoting their independence and well-being. Participating in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
