We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate C&F Social Worker to join our dynamic team in the Qualified Social Work field. This role is pivotal in supporting children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive family dynamics. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including families, schools, and community organizations, to provide holistic support and interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to address identified issues. Providing counseling and support to families to facilitate positive change. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Advocating for families within the community and connecting them with resources.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current registration with the relevant social work regulatory body. Proven experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.Additional requirements include a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
