Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to inform court decisions. Preparing and presenting detailed reports to the family court, ensuring the best interests of the child are prioritized. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families throughout the court process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
Recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and family court work. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations effectively.
