Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments to identify risks and needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams. Managing a caseload of children and families, providing ongoing support and intervention. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony as required. Engaging with external agencies and community resources to enhance service delivery.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex situations.
