As the Children & Families Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing leadership and direction to a team of qualified social workers, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines. Managing complex casework and providing supervision to ensure effective interventions and outcomes for children and families. Developing and maintaining effective partnerships with other agencies, stakeholders, and community organizations to deliver integrated services.
