Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents? Join our dynamic Adolescents Team in Dacorum, Hertfordshire, where you will play a vital role in supporting young individuals and their families. As a Children’s Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing and addressing the needs of children and young people, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support adolescents in various settings. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and external agencies to promote positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in line with local and national standards. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to navigate challenges and access resources.To be considered for this role, you must possess:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with adolescents in a social work capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and families.
