As a Children with Disabilities Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families, developing tailored support plans. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local policies and legislation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategic planning for services for children with disabilities.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and their families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
