Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in children's lives? Join our Children's Accounts Payable (C&F) Team in Yorkshire, where you will play a vital role in supporting families and children in need. We are seeking an experienced professional to help manage and oversee financial processes related to children's services, ensuring that our resources are allocated effectively and responsibly.
As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Processing and managing financial transactions for children's services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Collaborating with social work teams to assess and address the financial needs of children and families. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support financial audits and reporting requirements. Providing training and support to staff regarding financial policies and procedures. Engaging with external stakeholders, including service providers and government agencies, to facilitate effective financial operations.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in financial management within a social work context. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
