Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Middlesbrough Council is seeking a qualified Children's AP - CSW Team Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children within our community.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and providing ongoing support to children and their families. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, attending court hearings, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and policies. Your role will also involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
