In this role, you will work closely with social workers and other professionals to provide high-quality support and intervention.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the assessment of children and families, identifying their needs and challenges. Providing direct support and guidance to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your professional development.To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant degree or diploma in social work, psychology, or a related field. Experience working with children and families in a social care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
