We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's AP - FAST Team Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Lincolnshire. This role is essential in providing support to children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive outcomes. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with local authorities, schools, and community organizations to deliver high-quality social work services.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual circumstances. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families in crisis. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
