Join the Children's AP - ROTH Team in Lewisham as a Qualified Social Worker and make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable children and families. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services, ensuring the safety and well-being of children while promoting their development and welfare. You will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to deliver effective interventions and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive change.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
