As a Children's AP, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting social workers in the assessment and planning process for children and families. Conducting home visits and engaging with children and their families to gather information. Assisting in the development and implementation of care plans and interventions. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children and families, providing updates to the team. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A relevant degree in Social Work or a related field. Experience working in children's services or safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
