Join our dedicated Children's AP - Safeguarding Team in Lincolnshire as we strive to protect and nurture the well-being of children in our community. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and families. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that vulnerable children receive the support they need to thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing child protection plans. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to safeguard children. Providing direct support to families and children in need. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
