Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and risks, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and analyzed. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them to navigate challenges and access necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies and procedures. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of safeguarding strategies.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
