Join our dedicated Children’s ATM - Care & Support Team in Wrexham, where your expertise in qualified social work can make a profound difference in the lives of children and families. As a vital member of our team, you will work collaboratively to ensure the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and developing tailored support plans. Working closely with families, schools, and other professionals to provide holistic care and support. Monitoring and reviewing children's progress, ensuring that interventions are effective and responsive. Advocating for children's rights and promoting their best interests in all aspects of care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, documentation, and reports.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Care Wales (or equivalent body). Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in care and support settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and families.
