We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is committed to promoting the well-being and safety of children while working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
As a member of our Family Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children's needs and family dynamics to develop tailored support plans. Working closely with families to provide guidance, support, and interventions aimed at improving family relationships and child welfare. Collaborating with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure holistic support for children and families. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local safeguarding policies and procedures. Attending court hearings and providing expert testimony when necessary to advocate for the best interests of children.To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
