Join our dedicated Children's ATM - Safeguarding Team in Liverpool, where your expertise in social work can make a profound difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a passionate and qualified social worker to support our mission of safeguarding vulnerable children and promoting their well-being within the community. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage with families to create positive outcomes.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families to ensure the safety and welfare of children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures. Participating in team meetings and case reviews to contribute to continuous improvement in safeguarding practices.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children's safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
