We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's ATM - Safeguarding Team in Wokingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children while working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective safeguarding plans. Working closely with children, parents, and other professionals to provide support and guidance. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings to discuss and review safeguarding cases.To be considered for this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
