Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Children's Case Manager to join our Early Help Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with families to provide support and interventions that empower them to thrive. You will play a crucial role in assessing needs, developing tailored support plans, and ensuring that children and young people receive the help they need at the right time.

As a Children's Case Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing individual support plans in partnership with families. Coordinating multi-agency interventions and monitoring progress. Providing advice, guidance, and support to families, ensuring they are engaged in the process. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a range of professionals and agencies.
