As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the best interests of children. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated support. Providing advice, guidance, and support to families to improve outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
