As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting assessments and developing support plans for children and families. Working collaboratively with families to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families in crisis. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local and national standards. Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure holistic support for families.To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
