Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings, supervision, and training to enhance professional development.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
