Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed assessments and developing intervention plans based on individual family needs. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to child welfare. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with local authority policies. Providing guidance and supervision to junior social workers and support staff. Engaging with families and children to build trusting relationships that foster open communication.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family assessment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
