We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Service Manager for the Safeguarding and Reviewing Team in Bradford, specializing in interim positions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of children within our community. As a Children's Service Manager, you will lead a dynamic team focused on safeguarding practices, reviewing care plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve outcomes for children and families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the safeguarding processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Managing a team of social workers and support staff, providing supervision and guidance.
