Join our dedicated Children's Safeguarding and Review Team in Dudley as a Qualified Social Worker. We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our community. In this vital role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with families and other agencies to provide the best outcomes for children and young people.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure that safeguarding measures are effective and relevant. Providing support and guidance to families to help them achieve positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legislation and policy.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and review processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and families.
