We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s SP - Case Management Team in Shropshire. This role is ideal for professionals who are committed to improving the lives of children and families in need. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing care plans that ensure the safety and well-being of children in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and their families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Providing support and guidance to children, families, and caregivers to promote positive outcomes. Participating in meetings and court proceedings as required to advocate for the best interests of children.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work, particularly in case management and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
