Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Birmingham's Children's SP - CSW Team is seeking a qualified social worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, children, and various stakeholders to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our community.
As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support child welfare. Building strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to case discussions.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working in children's social work settings, preferably in a statutory environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse populations.
