Join our dedicated Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Peterborough as a Qualified Social Worker (SP). Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans that promote the well-being of children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including education, health, and law enforcement, to coordinate services. Providing support and advice to families, empowering them to make positive changes.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England (or equivalent). Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
