Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and families? Enfield Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our dynamic Family Safeguarding Team. As a Social Worker in our Family Safeguarding Team, you will be responsible for a range of key duties that include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to promote safety and well-being. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to navigate challenges and access services.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in child safeguarding and family support. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
