As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families. Managing a caseload effectively while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and policies. Working closely with partner agencies to coordinate services and resources. Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and contributing to team discussions.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly within a family team setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
