Join our dynamic Children's Social Work team as a Qualified Social Worker within the Integrated Front Door / MASH Team in Staffordshire. As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local and national policies. A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly within a MASH or safeguarding context. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
