We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children’s Social Worker (SSW) to join our Family Help Team in Warwickshire. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with children and families in need, providing essential support and guidance to foster positive outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored support plans for children and families. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Implementing interventions and monitoring progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs. Providing advice, support, and training to families to empower them in overcoming challenges. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.The ideal candidate will possess a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include:
