As a key member of our First Response Team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial assessments and investigations in response to referrals regarding children at risk. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to the needs of children and families. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive support for children and their families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them access necessary resources and services.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
