A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working within children's safeguarding and child protection. Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
