In this dynamic position, you will work collaboratively with families, professionals, and community organizations to ensure the best outcomes for children in need.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify their needs and strengths. Developing and implementing tailored support plans that promote the welfare and development of children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and interventions for families. Providing guidance and support to families, helping them access resources and services.To be successful in this role, you will need:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, CSS, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England or equivalent regulatory body. Experience in child protection and safeguarding, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
