Join our dynamic Assessment & Intervention Team in Oldham as a Qualified Social Worker specializing in children's services. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing ongoing support to children in need.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
