Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's SW - Assessment Team in Aylesbury. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of children while providing essential assessments and interventions.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support children and families. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding and support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in regular team meetings and supervision to enhance professional development and practice.To be considered for this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
